Mobile personal training · Wellington's northern suburbs

Personal training for a stronger, more capable life.

Life gets busy. Work, family and everything else compete for your time, and fitness can easily slip down the agenda.

But staying strong, mobile and fit isn't just about what happens in the gym. It's about having the physical freedom to do the things you want to do — now and for years to come.

Dave builds purposeful, personalised training around your goals, your starting point and your life.

Dave Carr-Smith, personal trainer

A considered approach to personal training.

For more than 30 years, David Carr-Smith has worked at the intersection of elite sport, human performance and long-term athletic development.

His career spans competitive rowing at the highest levels, youth athlete development and working with clients from teenagers through to masters. His coaching reputation has been built on clarity, structure and an ability to turn complex movement principles into simple, practical steps.

That experience shapes how he works today.

You don't need to train like an elite athlete.

You need training that is appropriate to you.

Fitness that fits around your life.

For busy people who know they need to make time for themselves.

Work, family, travel and full calendars can make exercise the first thing to drop off the list.

Maybe you're sitting at a desk too much. Maybe your fitness has slipped while everything else has taken priority. Or maybe you simply want to feel stronger and fitter without spending hours in the gym.

Dave builds efficient, personalised training around your goals and the time you have — helping you get stronger, move better and make fitness part of your life again. And because he comes to you — or meets you at City Fitness in Thorndon — fitting training into a busy week is one less thing to organise.

Less time thinking about exercise. More benefit from the time you put in.

Stay strong. Stay capable.

For people who want to stay active and independent as they get older.

Getting older is inevitable. Losing your physical freedom doesn't have to be.

Strength, fitness, mobility and balance all play a role in staying capable — whether that's travelling, playing sport, keeping up with family, getting outdoors or simply feeling confident in your own body.

Dave's approach is about building that capacity progressively and sustainably, so you can keep doing the things you love for longer.

Build the physical freedom to live well, for longer.
